Curt is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He uses the latest technology and techniques, which allows him to check for moisture in the house. His findings were right on. We have been in the house for over 2 months, and have not found anything that he missed during the inspection. We have moved several times over the last 20 years. I wish we had an inspector as thorough as Curt on our previous purchases - it would've saved us a few headaches. There's no doubt that I would use Curt again. I plan to have him come inspect our current home periodically, to ensure we catch any issues before they become too cumbersome to fix.
